Mediation Services

Whiteley law and mediation services primarily offers mediation services in family law and probation matters including aging adult issues, guardianship, and conservatorship.  If you are interested in more information please visit our FAQ page.

Payment

the minimum one (1) hour appointment time fee must be paid the morning of the scheduled mediation. you will receive an invoice via square the morning of the mediation appointment. if the minimum payment is not paid by both parties prior to the mediation appointment the mediator will cancel the mediation session.

for in person mediation appointments, if the session goes over the minimum one (1) hour prepaid fee, payment for the additional time can be made via cash, check, money order, or any major credit or debit card.

for zoom mediation, clients will be invoiced for any time over the minimum one (1) hour prepaid fee via square at the conclusion of the mediation appointment. payment can be made using any major credit or debit card.
