Answer: If you must cancel your appointment, cancellation must be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment or the cancelling party will forfeit their half of the total mediation fee that is due the morning of mediation. if the mediation is rescheduled the fee will be applied to the next mediation session.
